North American manufacturing headquarters

DeltaX plans to invest $141 million in a North American manufacturing headquarters in Walton County, Georgia, creating approximately 250 jobs. The Seoul-based battery energy storage company selected Monroe’s Piedmont Regional Industrial Park for a campus covering approximately 25 acres.

The first development phase will contain a 100,000-square-foot battery energy storage system assembly facility. Further manufacturing facilities are planned for key components. A separate North American corporate office building will form part of the campus. These are announced development plans, rather than completed facilities.

DeltaX plans an integrated site containing assembly, future component manufacturing and corporate offices. The company has not supplied an opening date in the announcement. The first-phase building area is an assembly-facility specification, while the approximately 25-acre figure describes the broader campus site.

Employment opportunities are directed to the company’s own careers page. The planned 250 positions are an announcement target; they should not be presented as employees already hired for an operating Monroe plant.
